Brett Favre’s Retirement – Who Cares?

Well, surprisingly those who care or don’t care about Favre’s retirement are pretty evenly split
(Discounting family, friends, Favre’s agent and Packer die hards).  Here’s a rundown:

Minnesota Viking Receivers: Care – The option is catching passes from Tarvaris Jackson.

NY Jets: Don’t care – Two words, Mark Sanchez.

Aaron Rodgers: Cares – He would love the chance to scoreboard Favre twice in 2009.

The rest of the NFL: Doesn’t care – He wasn’t really a threat last year.

Tony Romo: Cares – Mini me has to care.

The fans of 31 NFL teams: Don’t care – They don’t want him.

ESPN: Cares - How are they going to fill time on NFL Live? Talk about OTA's?

The owners of 31 NFL teams: Don't care - They don't want him.

NFC Secondaries: Care – Favre in 09 = Interceptions.

Packers Receivers: Don’t care – They have Aaron Rodgers.

Wranglers Marketing Executives: Care – No one says Wranglers like Favre.

Michael Strahan: Doesn’t care – He stopped caring when Favre gave him a sack for the all time sack lead.

Michael Jordan: Cares – He wants to retain the record for un-retiring.

The League Office: Doesn’t care – Just make a freakin’ decision already!
