Detroit Station has Fun with Matt Millen
As we all know, Matt Millen appeared on the NBC Super Bowl XLIII broadcast this past Sunday as an analyst for the network.
Apparently, not everyone was happy about it. Especially Detroit NBC affiliate,WDIV Channel 4.

Every time a certain familiar face showed up on camera Sunday during NBC's Super Bowl pregame show, Channel 4 ran a scroll at the bottom of the screen:
"Matt Millen was president of the Lions for the worst eight-year run in the history of the NFL. Knowing his history with the team, is there a credibility issue as he now serves as an analyst for NBC Sports? ..."

Since analyzing from the booth and running a team are two vastly different things, I don't have a problem with him working at NBC. He was very good on TV before ruining my Lions. If anything, his ability to be so strong on TV and so inept in the front office should go a long way towards the countless fans that truly believe they could run a franchise well because they are avid fans and top-flight fantasy leaguers.
